Our support offerings for EIM-customers

To ensure operability of the OpenText Content Server we offer you 2nd and 3rd level support services.

From a service catalogue the customer can choose which default services the support should include and which should be ordered optionally. The complete EIM- (Enterpriese Information Management -) System is operated on the customer's own system or in a provider's datacenter and can be accessed by the customer's employees worldwide.

Our support offering is focused on continuity and calculability. The desired funcionality and highest possible availability have to be ensured while keeping the operating cost.

The support services are applied according to checklists (precise specifications defined in an operation manual including interface desription) and draw upon the highly qualified know-how and expertise of our support team that is available directly to our OpenText EIM customers as well as our worldwide product customers.

The ISO-certified approach to support customers in the EIM-environment is precisely defined in our QM manual. The utilized processes and methods are described clearly and can be adapted to create an operation manual.
