With the foundation of iXenso Italy s.r.l. on August 1, 2017 in Turin and the partial takeover of Nash s.r.l., the next consistent growth and internationalization step in the iXenso Group took place. Also this year the highest partner level at OpenText (Platinum) and Microsoft (Gold) will be reached. The SAP Silver partnership is now being pursued strategically and actively promoted via a new business unit for SAP cloud products. This is also underlined by the internal ERP migration from SAP Business One to the SAP Business byDesign cloud solution. The team in the new SAP Business Unit will initially specialize in SAP Business byDesign for service companies. Product management is thus driving forward the integration of our own cloud products Xtreme Archiving for SAP byD and Xtreme Employee Management for SAP byD. iXenso Schweiz AG expands, recruits new employees and moves into the new iXenso office in Frauenfeld.
In February, the integration of app4value GmbH will be completed and the new iXenso Office will be located directly at Hannover main station. In order to manage the ever-increasing project volume professionally, SAP Project Management is introduced within only a few months. Revenue in Switzerland can be more than doubled, contributing to the growth of the iXenso Group first time. The consolidated profit growth to an middle six-digit amount and the middleterm sales target of € 10 million is approaching. In July, iXenso AG is licensed as a practice partner at DHBW Lörrach for dual studies and starts with two BA students. On XING and Kununu starts our "employer branding" and iXenso receives the Kununu awards "TOP Company" and "OPEN Company" promptly. As of January 1, 2017, the management of the iXenso Group will be expanded by Urs Sträuli, who will be responsible for the sales and the entire operative business of the internationally active iXenso Group as Chief Operations Officer.
The first business year after our fusion was still strongly influenced by internal projects targeted at strengthening the company´s ability to steadily grow in the future. Top priority was the relocation of the Munich office to a larger and more attractive business space. This relocation was successfully completed in July. Other projects were the consolidation of ERP systems into SAP Business One, the integration of IT Systems in general, and a company-wide move to Skype for Business introducing IP video telephony. Month after month, these internal transformation projects required special commitment from our employees and limited the company´s productivity. In that respect, it is remarkable that we were still able to close the financial year with six-digit-sized positive net result, and on top of that, have been awarded "MOST COLLABORATIVE PARTNER 2015" by OpenText. Also, the first project based on OpenText Web Experience Management (WEM) integrated with OpenText Transactional Content Processing (TCP) has been successfully taken into operation by our customers. By means of the OpenText Process Suite, our BPM know-how expanded and several consultants were certified.
At the end of 2014, the acquisition and integration of the branch office Munich was completed successfully. After a capital increase to EUR 346.000, 95.5% of iXenso AG are now held by the company founder Thomas Kleiner (CEO) through a holding. Udo Vogler moves up to the executive board as COO and the supervisory board has been reappointed with Jürgen Gießman (Chairman), Andreas Görwitz and Prof. Dr. Sabiene Zeuchner. The consolidated turnover now amounts EUR >5 million and with the strategy 'iXenso 2020 – more than a company' the company has been geared towards the strong growth. With Caspar Steiner as CEO and Urs Sträuli in the administrative board, iXenso Schweiz AG has been restructured with a new management as well. The portfolio will be expanded to web portal and OpenText WEM, and the resources in the SAP Solution segment (Extended ECM, Vendor Invoice Management and Employee File Management for SAP Solutions) will be further extended. OpenText awards the coveted Partner Award 'EMEA PARTNER OF THE YEAR 2014' to iXenso AG.
2013 has been a very strategic year, geared for growth. OpenText again awards iXenso the „BEST SOLUTION PARTNER“ Award and the highest partner status (Platinum Partner). The merger and majority takeover of SAW AG in Munich, an established and competent OpenText Partner in the area of Content Server (Livelink) development and consulting, is announced. In August, the much needed move to larger premises happens and a very complex migration and consolidation project is completed very successfully (multiple SAP R/3 IXOS Archive Servers, PDMS and BPM applications at a globally operating industrial group are consolidated). iXenso is still growing fast and can now draw upon more than 50 consultants and specialists with deep OpenText expertise.
With an increase in revenue of 130%, the business year 2012 has been the most successful in company history. iXenso received a contract worth a million and becomes OpenText Partner Spotlight winner. In May, the 'iXenso Schweiz AG' based in Tägerwilen is founded. Another global customer is acquired in Luxembourg, further increasing the company's international presence. The logical consequence is the change to the international domain iXenso.com and the reconstruction of the whole IT infrastructure.
Through the Fast LTA Partnership, iXenso is able to offer Hardware for audit-proof archiving for the first time. iXenso is again mentioned in the IT-leaderboards. An OCR project with up to 14.500 incoming documents per day is implemented with a recognition rate of 86%. The first project in Asia is realized with a customer from Singapore.
iXenso achieves the highest Microsoft certification as 'Microsoft Gold Certified Partner' and extends its portfolio with solutions for output management after the StreamServe takeover by OpenText. iXenso supplements the OCR component with its own module for the recognition of complex collective invoices and individual items and is now also available on Facebook under the direct URL http://facebook.com/iXenso.
iXenso extends its portfolio with receipt recognition and classification. Five consultants are getting certified in the OCR software DokuStar Professional and the partnership with Microsoft is intensified. Furthermore iXenso receives the Innovation Award 2009. A committee of 60 people rewards the IT-solutions best suited for the small and medium-sized business sector out of about 20.000 submissions. iXenso extends it partnership with OpenText and becomes Premier Partner. iXenso is declared 'Hidden Champion' and attends the European CIO-Summit in Montreux. The german high street bank successfully implements Digital Pen & Paper. With a growth of 23% 2008 was the most successful year in company history.
For the first time iXenso clearly exceeds 1 million in service revenue. First project with Digital Pen & Paper at a german high street bank. A complex export controlling process based on OpenText BPM is implemented for ABB. At Siemens first processes go live.
iXenso becomes sponsor of the SC Freiburg and places touchline advertising for the domain www.perform-your-business.com.
Live transmissions in German sport television (DSF) gain iXenso nationwide media presence and attention. The pilot phase for multiple international processes at Siemens begins.
Rebranding into iXenso Software-Solutions. The alignment with IXOS plays a minor role in the naming. iXenso is an art term chosen with regard to the availability of important top level domains (.de, .com, .net). The same year, the company moves into new premises at the Solar Info Center in Freiburg.
Extensive Partnership with IXOS AG, a leading provider for SAP archiving. Audit-proof archiving of documents is added to the process competencies. IXOS AG takes over PowerWork AG from Kempten. The ministry of economics awards our customer VICTORVOX AG the 'Best Practice Award' for exemplary service processes. Cycling times were reduced by up to 30%.
With AMAG AG and AXA insurance, two prestigious customers in Switzerland are acquired, allowing entry to the attractive swiss market. Because of the expansion, the company moved to bigger premises in 'Hanferstraße'.
Competence Center partnership with PowerWork AG, producer of a workflow software for Microsoft Exchange. First customer is a company health insurance in northern Germany, for which multiple core processes were optimized and implemented.
On April 29th TWIP Software Solutions e.K. was founded near Freiburg. As appropriate for an IT Company, in a former motor vehicle garage. The design of web presences and individual programming for Microsoft Project bridge the time until the first workflow project.
